Terms and Conditions
The rates include: Luxury accommodation in en-suite, air-conditioned suites, 3 full meals per day, all teas and coffees, 2 safaris daily in open game vehicles and a safari walk (Note: walk is subject to a minimum 2 night stay).
Safari activities are with qualified and well-trained Guides and Trackers.
The rates include: Selected drinks menu in 2026.
Arrivals are from 13h00 but ideally no later than 15h00.
Departures after morning safari and breakfast at 10h30.
The rates exclude: Transfers, Kruger Park entrance fees, curios, spa treatments, items of a personal nature and gratuities.
The rates excludes your bar bill in 2025, but Premium drinks menu only in 2026.
Transfer rates to/from Kruger Mpumalanga airport/ Skukuza Airport & Idube are available on request. Please take note of Kruger Park gate opening/closing times.
Deposit & Pre-payment
• 20% Deposit due within 1 month of reservation being confirmed for all bookings over peak season.
• Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival
• Credit cards, EFT, online payments are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing
Standard Cancellation policy terms:
• Cancellation 30 days or more: No cancellation fees apply.
• Cancellation within 30 days of travel: 100% cancellation fees apply.
• Groups more than 8 people: 20% cancellation applicable on confirmed bookings cancelled between 90 to 30 days.
• Bookings over peak season: 20% cancellation applicable on confirmed bookings cancelled more than 30 days.
Refund Policy
Should there be a need for a refund according to our cancellation terms, refunds will be made within 30 working days of the cancellation.
Refunds will be subject to a 5% handling fee plus bank charges incurred.
